Alternative Testing Arrangements.
Registering on the Internet will complete your registration
without accommodation. If you wish to request alternative
testing arrangements for this administration, you must
submit a completed Alternative Testing Arrangements
Request Form and any required documentation by U.S.
mail or fax. Please see "

current registration bulletin for important information
about requesting alternative testing arrangements, including
related deadlines.
